Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Large or bespoke orders may require additional processing time. A member of our team will contact you to confirm any delays.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for wholesale orders:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
  2. Freight Shipping: For bulk or palletised orders. Lead times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
  3. Express Shipping: Available upon request. Additional charges apply.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Minimum Order Requirements

  • A minimum order value of £125 is required for all wholesale purchases.
  • Certain products may have minimum order quantities (MOQs). These will be clearly stated on individual product pages.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be clearly communicated during checkout or on your invoice.
  • For bulk or freight orders, shipping fees may be quoted separately after the order has been placed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • International shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary and are subject to customs clearance.

Freight Shipments

  • Large or palletised orders will be shipped via freight carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access, including unloading arrangements at the delivery location.
  • Any additional charges (e.g., tail lift service, inside delivery) will be billed to the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Freight orders will include a Bill of Lading (BOL) and an estimated delivery schedule.

Delivery Issues

  • Damaged Shipments: Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If you notice any damage, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at [info@donaldcooke.co.uk] with photographs of the damage.
  • Missing or Delayed Shipments: Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived.

Returns & Refused Shipments

  • Returns of wholesale orders are not accepted unless the products are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • Any refused shipments may incur restocking fees and return shipping charges.
